Admitting:
You (or someone authorized to sign for you) will be signing consent forms. If you are 18 years of age or older you will be asked about a Living Will and/or Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care.
What to bring:
- Identification
- Health Insurance Card or Information
- Toilet articles
- List of current medications
- Slippers
- Bathrobe
- Nightgown
- Pajamas
What NOT to bring:
- Valuables
- Large sums of money
- Jewelry
- Purses / Wallets
Visiting Hours:
11:00am - 8:00pm, every day.
Hours are unrestricted for the parents and guardians of minors. Should you find these hours inconvenient, please speak to the nursing staff and accommodations will be made.
