Registration:
During registration you or someone authorized to sign for you will be signing consent forms.
What to bring:
- Identification
- Health Insurance Card or Information
What to wear:
- Dress appropriately for your procedure. If your arm or leg will need to be exposed, wear loose fitting clothes or short sleeves, shorts.
What to do before arriving:
- Your doctor should tell you if the procedure requires fasting or any other preparations.
