Magruder Offers Lab Options on Put-in-Bay
Magruder Hospital is excited to announce a partnership between Magruder, Miller Ferry, Put-in-Bay Fire Department and Griffing Flying Service, that will support Magruder Hospital Lab services one Friday each month at the Put-in-Bay Fire Department building at 199 Concord Avenue.
If you have a provider order for lab work, you can come to the Put-in-Bay Fire Department building on the dates listed below between 9am and 1pm. No appointment is required and you only need to bring your provider order for labs, and your insurance card and photo ID.
We will also be offering self-pay lab services for those who do not have a provider order for lab work. Please call 419-734-3131 ext. 3508 to pre-pay by credit card.
Participants can choose from the following lab tests:
- CBC, CMP & Lipid Profile, which includes liver and kidney function, fasting blood sugar, cholesterol, HDL/LDL, Triglycerides and a complete blood count (red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets in the blood). $50.
- Lipid Profile Only: $20.
- Hemoglobin A1C: $20.
- PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen): $30.
- TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone): $25.
- Vitamin D: $35.
