Magruder Hospital Announces Promotions and Welcomes New CFO/VP of Finance
Magruder Hospital is excited to announce several promotions and welcomes our new Chief Financial Officer/Vice President of Finance.
Kim Bright has been promoted to Clinic Operations Director at Magruder Hospital. She began her healthcare career in 1998 as the Practice Manager for an independent family practice. When the practice joined Magruder Hospital in 2011, Bright continued in her management role and assumed responsibility for additional outpatient clinics. Over the years, she has expanded her leadership within the organization. Bright earned her certification as an Administrator in Physician Practice in 2002 and her certification in Medical Office Management in 2003.
Jennifer Gatliff RD, LD was recently promoted to Director of Nutrition Services. Gatliff graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor’s in Dietetics in 2004, and completed the dietetic internship program in Houston, TX in 2012. She was an outpatient dietitian for both the Lancaster Veteran's Affairs Outpatient Clinic and the Home-Based Primary Care program for the VA in Chillicothe until 2017. In 2021 Gatliff and her family moved from the Columbus area to Port Clinton (where she was born and raised) and joined Magruder Hospital as a Dietitian in August 2024.
Robin LaLonde, BSN, RN was recently promoted to Senior Director of Nursing. She joined Magruder in 2023 as the Director of ER/Urgent Care/Occupational Health. LaLonde received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oakland University in Rochester, MI and her Masters in Nursing from Chamberlain University. Prior to Magruder, LaLonde worked from Promedica Fremont Memorial where she was the Director of the Acute Care Unit as well as the Emergency Department Patient Care Supervisor/Stroke Coordinator. Prior to that, she was a School Nurse for BCS Schools and an ER Nurse at St. Johns Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit, MI.
Robin Lemley, MBA, CRA, CNMT, R.T.(N)(ARRT) has been promoted to Senior Director of Ancillary Services. Robin joined Magruder Hospital in 2022, serving as the Director of Imaging Services. Robin is a graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology, and a Master of Business Administration degree. She recently earned the Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) credential from the Radiology Administration Certification Commission (RACC). Robin began her career as a nuclear medicine technologist, before advancing into various leadership roles. Her leadership has been marked by a strong commitment to clinical excellence, staff development, and collaborative problem-solving.
Julie Hauk, Ph.D., has recently been hired as Magruder’s new Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Hauk has extensive experience in hospital finance, revenue cycle management and senior-level leadership. Her academic background includes a Ph.D. in Leadership, MS in Executive Leadership, and undergraduate degrees in Accounting, Management, and Psychology, and she has held both Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer roles within acute rehabilitation hospitals. Hauk has lived and worked in Michigan, Wyoming, Ohio, Montana and Wisconsin, and she values building meaningful connections within the communities she serves.
