Presentation: Ottawa County Community Health Improvement Plan

Findings from the 2017 Ottawa County Community Health Assessment (CHA) – which provides an accurate picture of how Ottawa County youth and adults are faring with their health and well-being will be presented at a free and open presentation on Friday, June 15from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Magruder Hospital Conference Center, 615 Fulton Street, Port Clinton.  Refreshments will also be served.
