Magruder's Anticoagulation Clinic
Magruder’s Anticoagulation Clinic helps patients manage the medications they take to prevent blood clots (anticoagulation or blood-thinner medications), and offers physicians a trusted and thorough approach to the anticoagulation management of their patients. Our staff, working in conjunction with your physician, will test your blood and adjust your dose of warfarin accordingly.
Our experienced clinical staff members work together with primary health-care providers and other specialists to provide comprehensive management of both oral and injectable anticoagulant therapy for patients.

- Bridging anticoagulant therapy around surgery or other invasive procedures

The clinic is open Monday through Friday by appointment and is located in The Pharmacy at Magruder, next to the Urgent Care and ER.
