Please park toward the rear of the south parking lot and use the Outpatient Registration/Lake Erie Sports Medicine entrance. If this is your first visit, please register with Outpatient Registration. For all future appointments, please come through the lobby, passing the Volunteer Desk, come up the ramp and turn right into Lake Erie Sports Medicine.
