The goal of the Outpatient Diabetes Education Program is to provide information about diabetes clients need to set themselves on a course for health and self-management. Classes are scheduled. Reservations and physician referral are required.

These free sessions are open to anyone who has, or cares for someone who has, Diabetes or Pre Diabetes. The group generally meets between September through May on the 3rd Thursday of the month at Noon in the Magruder Conference Center and there is a different topic covered each month.
